Amazing documentation of what rigorous food saftey actually looked like before pasteurization became the default. The Rotolactor and 24/7 cow monitoring system demonstrate that producing clean raw milk at scale was totally feasible with proper protocols. I researched simmilar certified dairies in the 1930s and the bacterial counts were often lower than todays pastuerized milk. The fact Walker-Gordon maintained a perfect safety record for eight decades speaks volumes.
